Terms of Service for Storyframe App

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Storyframe mobile application ("the App") provided by Martin Bay ApS ("we," "us," "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

2.1 Account Setup: Users may create an account to utilize the features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

2.2 Photo Sharing: The App enables users to add photos and share their unique ID and pin code with friends and family. By sharing this information, users allow others to access and view the shared photos through the App.

2.3 User Responsibilities: Users are solely responsible for the content (photos) they upload, share, or display through the App. You agree not to upload or share any content that violates any laws or infringes on the rights of others.

3. Access and Use by Others

3.1 Recipient Access: Friends and family who receive the unique ID and pin code can install the Storyframe App, enter the provided credentials, and access the shared photos in full-screen mode as a slideshow.

3.2 Responsibilities of Recipients: Users who access shared content through the provided credentials agree to use the content for personal viewing only and not to reproduce, distribute, or use the content in any unauthorized manner.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights.

4.2 User Content: Any photos you upload are considered your property. We to not use or redistribute your content.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
